SHELLY CURTIS - CEO
A poised, innovative, educated mother of three, and a flourishing businesswoman who exemplifies integrity and team leadership, her career began in 1985, working in Austin, Texas and later on in Houston. Shelly is a graduate of the University of Texas and a sought after commodity in the credit and financial industries. Her expertise encompasses 20+ years of hands on experience in the Financial Industry and Corporate arena. She brings a Banking, Investment, Human Relations, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Administration and staffing background, along with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Consumer Credit Law. Shelly continues to share her time and expertise in several Community based initiatives. Shelly will spearhead a strong "Optimum Client Retention" initiative within Consumer Resources, Inc. Designed as a leading edge strategy, it will reshape the way long-term customer care relationships are initiated, structured and maintained.
MARK MCMILLAN - CTO
Graduated from GSE Erudite - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer,  Quantitative experience with internet and network applications development, extensive Microsoft NT Network Administration, knowledge of network protocols, web-site development, data-base design, network design and implementation.  Martech Inc. ~ Director / Principal Developer Website Development, Extensive Data Mining applications for the World Wide Web using primarily Active Server Pages (ASP), Html, Java, JavaScript. Discovery Research Group ~Sales Director; Responsible for sales of telephone research fulfillment services. Company sales of $150,000 in 1988 - Company sales of $2.8 million in 1991, one office and 10 phone researchers in 1988 - three offices and 120 phone researchers in 1992.  At&t EW3 ~ Team leader E-commerce, Responsible for training coordination/systems for At&t EW3 Internet commerce project supporting training centers in 14 cities in the U.S.
GILBERT ARISPE III - PROCESSING CENTER MANAGER
I graduated from Elsik High School where I was a member of the Elsik High School Baseball Team and during my senior year, I earned the University of Houston Mexican American Studies Scholarship. I am currently attending both the University of Houston and Houston Community College in order to attain a degree in Business Finance. In addition, my baseball career is flourishing within various leagues in the Houston area. 
ROBIN HAYWARD - CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
Robin brings 7 years of skill and experience in customer service and retail management. She is a graduate of "Compro Tax" and holds a license for tax preparation. Before joining CRI, Robin was managing a retail chain, coordinating and organizing operations of 2 locations. Her responsibilities included managing the company's sales, marketing, developing and implementing business plans for customer relationship management and sales. In addition, to help support and guide the company's continued growth. Robin is dedicated to providing the sound guidance, expertise and customer care that are required in every phase of our clients' financial plans to be successful.
